In most cases, classes are held on our main campus, providing you with state-of-the-art facilities and immersion in our welcoming community. Occasionally, courses or programs may be offered in alternative modalities.
MBAMBA in Nonprofit Management
Accelerate your career with our one-year master’s in business. Complete your MBA degree through evening coursework offered on campus, or complete your master’s in nonprofit management online. You’ll develop extensive knowledge of finance, marketing, accounting, economics, and management in one of the best business schools in Massachusetts. The nonprofit concentration focuses on how to successfully manage a nonprofit business, strengthen an organization’s fiscal sustainability, and foster its strategic vision and growth. In both MBA programs, you’ll gain valuable experience in top internships.
Sport Management, MS or MEd
Prepare to become a leader in the world of sports business with your master’s degree in sport management. This program combines aspects of marketing, performance management, event planning, finance, and strategy into an athletic administration master’s. You’ll build the expertise needed for leadership positions within the sports industry, including collegiate and professional athletic settings.
Industrial/Organizational Psychology, MS
Expand your knowledge of how data science and psychological theories can be used to address real-world workplace challenges with your master’s degree in I/O psychology. You’ll develop practical knowledge on the field’s current trends and experience skill-based training on applied research, measurement, consulting, and human resources.
Educational Leadership, PhD
Prepare to critically analyze and dismantle inequity within pre-kindergarten through higher education systems with your Doctorate in Educational Leadership. You’ll learn to collaborate with community partners to understand and help advance educational justice, create new knowledge through rigorous research, and promote teaching practice from an equity perspective. With the exception of a one-week, on-campus summer session, this is a fully online program.
MS in Organizational Leadership
Cultivate healthy, productive, and inclusive organizational cultures with your master’s degree in human services with a concentration in organizational leadership. You’ll learn to build community, lead organizational changes, increase employee engagement, and advocate for social justice. From data analysis to grant writing, you’ll gain the skills necessary to be a leader in the human resources field. This program is offered fully online and in a hybrid format.
